The jacla beadwork earrings were originally made by the Santo Domingo craftsmen and traded with the Navajo for silverwork back in ancient times. The artist has used twenty three (23) turquoise heishi beads and adds three (3) spiny oyster chips at bottom along with a single silver bead at top. Strung on crimped beading wire with a sterling ear hooks.
