Mostly preserved vintage Skookum doll. The man doll wears a necklace made with vintage wooden painted beads of different colors connected to a felt strap across the back, what appears to be real human hair with a headband. The original feathers have deteriorated and the face is cracked under the chin. All the clothing is in very good condition. The man wears a cotton top with felt pants that have stripes down the sides. The wool blanket is in excellent shape and the moccasins are simulated with suede applied to wood and painted designs. .

The doll measures 12" tall by 4" across the shoulders and weighs 4.3 ounces. From what I've read the doll would have been made between 1918 to 1924. We have adjusted the price to reflect the chin and feather damage.   $99.95
