The silversmith has attached multiple stones and shells across the background that's shaped to resemble a medicine bear or spirit bear. The stones and shells are four(4) different types of blue turquoise, onyx, black jet, gaspeite, howlite, Orville Jack green turquoise, jade, pink quartz, carnelian, red branch coral, orange-red spiny oyster, orange spiny oyster, white turquoise w/brown matrix, and denim lapis. Each set into smooth silver bezels with silver drops separating each stone from the next. All mounted to a scorched blackened silver bear shaped base. The artist finishes by attaching a large decoratively stamped silver bale.
