Heavy vintage Navajo turquoise and coral roadrunner decorated belt buckle. The belt buckle displays a 3-D silver roadrunner in center. The roadrunner has a turquoise eye plus two (2) silver leaves and a flower bloom under the bird. The artist continues adding three (3) old Kingman turquoise nuggets above the bird along with a stick of coral under the tail feathers and two (2) more Kingman turquoise nuggets placed in the bottom corners of the buckle. The silversmith continues by filling the voids with fifteen (15) large silver drops. All placed on an oxidized blackened silver base. The artist finishes decorating by framing the outer rim with both twisted wire and decorative stamped smooth wire. Completing the buckle with a swivel type belt keeper and solid belt set post.

The buckle measures 2w 1/8” tall by 3” across and weighs a healthy 68.3 grams (2.41 oz or 2.20 ozt). Unsigned guaranteed sterling silver. Very nice vintage Navajo belt buckle! $687.95
