Each earring consists of a single turquoise stone in the center encircled by eight (8) more stones in a satellite fashion. The silversmith has mounted the stones to an oxidized blackened silver concho. He continues to decorate by applying a silver overlay which has the center cut out to expose the stones along with a water wave cut out across the top and bottom of each earring. The artist attaches an ear stud on the back at the top of the large concho.
