Mounting the large 2” diameter stone into a smooth rim sterling setting and wrapping the outer rim with custom made decorative wire. Everett continues by attaching a set of two wire rings to the backside creating the cord slide. They have used an 8-ply braided black leather cord along with capping the ends of the cord with custom made decorative stamped barrel end tips.

The large lapis setting measures 2” in diameter with the 8-ply cord being 40” long which includes the 2 5/8” long custom end tips. The complete bolo tie weighs 71.3 grams (2.51 oz or 2.29 ozt) and is hallmarked on the back side along with the cap of barrel end tips EMT inside a Fish - STERLING by Everett and Mary Teller.
