Beautiful colorful Mexican/Southwest styled abalone overlay stainless steel watchband. The artist has cut each piece of abalone to fit each link in the stretchband and epoxied/attached each piece onto the stretchband. There are thirty seven (37) cut and fitted pieces of abalone across the watchband. Each end has a tube to attach the watch directly to the band.

The complete watchband measures 5 5/8” long end to end and is 7/16” wide. The watch shank tubes measure 11mm (7/16”) It is adjustable just like the regular stretchbands so it can be adjusted to fit almost any wrist size as needed. The watchband weighs 19.8 grams and is stainless steel. Stamped Hong Kong, but not sure if the abalone was added there? All of the generic stretchbands are made in Hong Kong or China.
