Very nice older vintage Santo Domingo Pueblo hand painted red clay pottery vase. The hand crafted vase is made with red clay with a round rim opening and rounded bottom. The artist has painted a tribal design around the upper half and glazed the outside. The vase measures approximately 3 3/4" tall by 4 1/4" across with a 12 5/8" outer circumference. The opening is approximately 2 5/8" across. It weighs 280.9 grams (9.91 ounces). It's signed Santo Domingo Pueblo on the bottom and in good shape for it's age. All around I'd rate the condition as a 8 out of 10 or very good and that's due to the chipping around the rim. The pictures make it look worse than it really is.
