Beautifully made Navajo turquoise His and Hers Yei cast silver salt spoons. Very well made and solid collector's spoons displaying a male Yei deity and a round cut and polished blue turquoise stone. One spoon shows the Yei with eyes and mouth open and the turquoise stone set into a saw tooth bezel. The other spoon displays the Yei with closed eyes and mouth along with the turquoise stone set in a smooth silver bezel. They even have the stripes on chest stamped running differently from one to the other. The spoons are silver casted.

They measure approximately 3 1/2" long by 11/16" across the spoon. The open eye Yei spoon weighs 10.5 grams and the closed eye Yei spoon weighs 9.7 grams. Both are stamped Sterling with one also marked K. I believe this is Navajo silversmith Isabelle Kee, wife of Ivan Kee, considering she was known for cast silver work and her husband also did silverware. Hopi artist Michael Kabotie also stamped some of his work "K" also? Either artists' crafts would be considered collectable silversmiths.  $99.95
