NEW! Bold solid Navajo three piece turquoise and matching earrings set. The silversmith has used turquoise from the Sleeping Beauty Mine to create this completely handmade jewelry set. Using square cut and polished nuggets for the two side sections of the necklace and also the earrings and mounting them to a square piece of sterling silver sheeting. The focal center section of the necklace she uses an abstract four sided piece of turquoise mounting it to an arched top and rounded edges sheet silver base. She has also handmade the "dot-n-dash" chain using a heavy gauge half round silver wire. Each turquoise section has been soldered to the chain with a single link connecting the turquoise setting together. As pictured, she also handmade the shepherd's hook clasp. The turquoise on the necklace are set into smooth silver bezels and the turquoise on the earrings are set into hand cut saw tooth bezels.

The necklace measures 20" long end to end with a wearable length of 10 1/4". We've had some viewers confused with our necklace measurements. To clarify, the wearable length would be the approximate length from each side measuring from back of neck down to the bottom edge of the center turquoise setting in this case. The turquoise settings on the necklace measure 3/4" by 5/8" across for the two (2) side sections and 1  1/16" by 1  1/8" across the top narrowing to 9/16" across the bottom. The complete necklace weighs a healthy 34.9 grams (1.23 ounces or 1.12 troy ounces) and has been stamped STERLING on the back of each section.

The earring each measure 1 1/4" by 9/16" across which includes the ear hook. The actual rectangular part measures 5/8" by 9/16" across. They weigh 1.8 grams each (3.6 grams for both) and are also stamped STERLING. The set was made by Navajo silversmith Virginia Benally.  $224.95
