Large solid made vintage Navajo coral decorative stamped reversible pillow bead necklace. The silversmith has handmade thirty five (35) saucer and pillow silver hollow beads graduating in size from 10mm to 21mm to 29mm to 30mm to 33mm in diameter size. The decorative stamped pillow beads at stamped on both sides allowing to wear displaying the coral or reversing it and only displaying the stamped silver beads. Each piece of coral is set into hand cut saw tooth bezels and mounted in center of the bead. All strung on a silver oval link chain with decorative stamped silver cones and hook-n-eye clasp on the ends.

The necklace measures 22" long end to end with a wearable length of 11 1/2" measured from clasp to bottom of center pillow bead. The hollow beads consist of four (4) 10mm saucer beads without stampwork, twenty (20) 21mm decorative stamped pillow beads eight of which also have a round cut piece of branch coral mounted on one side, six (6) 29mm decorative stamped pillow beads with coral, four (4) 30mm decorative stamped pillow beads with coral, and a single (1) 33mm decorative stamped pillow bead with coral. The necklace weighs a hefty 108.8 grams (3.84 oz or 3.50 ozt) and is unsigned made from heavy gauge sterling silver.  This style necklaces are still made, but normally the silver isn't as thick and heavy.
