Vintage 60's-70's silver heishi and branch coral necklace choker. This came to us in a group of old native liquid silver and heishi necklaces. The artist has used silver barrel beads, nice red branch coral to create the necklace and finishes with a screw type barrel clasp. They appear to be at least silver plated if not sterling silver. I've called it "vintage hippie" due to the way it's made and materials used. The silver barrel heishi beads and not actual liquid silver, the fact it's strung on what appears to be fishing line?, and the barrel clasp is not relevant to a native strung necklace, although it is nice and still have many years of wear left.

The necklace is a short choker style measuring 16 1/2" end to end with a wearable length of 8 1/4" measured from clasp to bottom of the focal coral bead. It weighs 5 grams and is unsigned. Nice inexpensive "hippie" necklace!  $28.95
