Beautiful Navajo twelve (12) piece oval turquoise concho and turquoise butterfly concho belt. The conchos display sunburst stampwork around the centered turquoise sun. The overlaid sunburst is encased with repeating sunrise stamping and sets inside an oval decorative stamped twisted wire. The scallop cut rim also displays repeat sunrise stampwork. The butterfly conchos display a turquoise body with sunrise stamping on the tip or each wing along with sunrise stamping on both ends of the body. There is five (5) oval conchos and six (6) butterflies along with the belt buckle which is similar to the oval conchos with added prayer feathers shooting out on both sides. The turquoise used range from no matrix to brown and black wiry matrix. All attached to a new thick black leather belt.

The buckle measures 1 3/4” tall by 3” across with the oval conchos being 1 5/8” tall by 2 5/8” across. The butterfly conchos measure 1 1/2” tall by 1” across widest area. The new black leather belt measures 54” long by 1” wide and doesn’t have any set holes. It can be cut off as needed to fit any waist under 54”. The complete concho belt weighs 271.3 grams (9.56 oz) and is hallmarked on an attached silver plate De Chelly -925. De Chelly is a shop mark used by Adam and Rita Teller.
